How far in advance should I book my event?

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking at least 4-6 months in advance for full planning services. For smaller-scale events like Mid-Week Minis or Party Styling, a minimum of 8 weeks is required.

Do you offer custom event packages?

Yes! While we have standard planning packages, we understand that every event is unique. We can tailor a package to fit your specific needs and budget.

Do you provide the decorations and rentals?

We handle the design and coordination of all event rentals and décor, sourcing from trusted vendors. Costs for rentals and decorations are separate and will be invoiced accordingly.

Will you be there on the day of the event?

Absolutely! For our Full and Partial Planning packages, we oversee the entire event from setup to breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your celebration.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Orange County, CA, but we are happy to travel for events outside the area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

How do I secure my date?

To book your event with QTs Events, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. Once that’s in place, we get to work bringing your vision to life!
